I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. IT IS HARD TO FIND A GOOD CONTRACTOR. I HAVE USED OTHER PLUMBERS, BUT KIRK IS THE BEST!!!!!!

Kirk arrived on time and was very informative, he even taught us step by step how to do the repair ourselves,should we ever need to. He gave us many helpful tips on preventative maintenance. I would say we finally found a plumber for life.

He diagnosed that the washing machine was fine and that we had a blockage in the exit pipe. He only charged us the minimal service charge.

They are awesome. I recommended them to my neighbor. I would give them a ten out of ten. They are really good. They are honorable and honest and don't gouge you price wise. Jokingly if I wasn't married I would date him. I love him. The price was reasonable. They are really, really busy and I've done work with them before and they fit me in, which was nice. I've met the owner Kirk and he was very nice and informative. They have replaced a garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and done some piping. I’ve had two of their different employees and both were polite and nice, to the point where I tipped them. That was how good they were. I was really happy with them. I don’t know what an average plumber charges but I didn’t feel I was being overcharged. The woman in the office will keep you updated on if they are running behind and they gave me an hour window, which I liked. I will absolutely use them in the future.

I made the appointment and was very professional. They even confirm the appointment the day before as well as checked in after the job was done. On the day of the appointment, the service man who came was on time, he was good at what he was doing, knew what the problem was, and was very fast and clean. I provided all the necessary parts to be replaced, nothing needed to be repaired. I was just a little taken back when he quoted the price, I think he miscalculated the fee to charge or maybe he was not experienced enough in giving quotes. Kirk himself could not make it, I think he probably would have been more reasonable. I will insist on him to come next time instead and give them another chance in the future.

I highly recommend them. They are fair and honorable. They come out when they say they are going to come. If they can't come out that day, they will come next day morning. There is a woman in the office and she is really nice. If they are coming late, they always call me and keep me updated. I like all the employees. They are just nice people. They charge $150 every time they come out and that is the average charge. If it is a simple work, they will charge less than $150. They are pretty reliable.

I always use Plumbing by Kirk for my plumbing emergencies! Always a quick response and a great price that doesn't make my head spin. I appreciate their honesty and letting me know my options and how much it will cost for the options up front! I highly recommend Plumbing by Kirk!

Andy and Josh did a great job. Because they finished quicker than expected they changed the invoice resulting in over $200 in savings. Who does that? THESE GUYS! Highly reccomend this plumbing service. They are ours for life now.

In the middle of a bathroom remodeling project where everything possible that could go wrong has! Kirk has been a life saver. He's very patient and helped me out with my sink faucets, toilet, shower and tub. He and his technicians do excellent work, like no other contractor I've hired. They come in to a mess and leave with it looking good as new! Kirk and his plumbers have definitely been the light at the end of the tunnel for me and the customer service skills are like no other. He makes you feel very at ease with the work they're doing. I'd hire him again and again!

We had Mike Diamond come out and charge us a boat load of money to clear the main line. When they came out to snake a line for free they said they couldn't clear it and wanted to charge me again to break out the wall and cut the lines....yikes!!!! I read the review by Hillary and called them (thanks Hillary). Kirk came out within 2 hours and was able to do what Mike Diamond couldn't. Then he told me how much less he would have charged me for the job that Mike Diamond came and did...he could have saved me over 2 thousand dollars. I'm calling Kirk from now on and if you read this review and need a plumber you would be smart to do the same.

This business is something special. You will never expect this level of service from PLUMBER, in fact, in any type of business. I do my own business and I am general contractor, but I was even inspired by how they do business. Very professional scheduling and phone manner, on time and confirmation, very competitive pricing, such a clean job and finish, and they back their job for few months. I even got thank you letter, and phone call after the job was completed. THE BEST PLUMBER, period.

Kirk was on time, friendly and professional. He fixed the drainage problem we had and discovered a very serious pressure regulator problem (I hope I got that right). Our landlord wanted to get a second opinion from another plumber thinking the cost was too high. The other plumber found the same problem and only beat Kirk's cost by $3. Thanks Kirk!!!
