Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy explains what information Plumbing By Kirk, Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you call us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, the address where the work is needed, whether you own or rent the home, and details of the problem.
- Website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, set up a visit, prepare an estimate and do the work.
- If you sign up for the Family Plan, to set up and run your membership.
- To apply for the permits a job needs, and to keep the records the law requires.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services: with the city or county when a job needs a permit, with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting and email), with regulators when the law requires it, and with others at your direction.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, to meet legal record-keeping requirements and to resolve disputes. We then delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep. Residents of some states have additional rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
